1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and zs444 ("zs444", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at zs444.org. • You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of zs444.

3.Account Registration and KYC

To access real-money gaming features on zs444, you are required to create a registered account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information and update it promptly if any details change.
• You will not create more than one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. zs444 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by zs444 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the zs444 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods and applicable limits are subject to change without notice.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to verified mobile wallet accounts (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• zs444 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
• Deposits made via a particular payment method may only be withdrawn via the same or an equivalent method as determined by zs444's anti-money laundering procedures.
• zs444 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party funding of zs444 accounts is strictly prohibited.

5.Bonuses and Promotional Offers

zs444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses"). The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated funds or winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms and conditions.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same Bonus multiple times through different accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.

• Systematically exploiting Bonuses through coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or any technique designed to generate a guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your zs444 account by any third party, including family members.

zs444 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all related bets and transactions, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

7.Intellectual Property

All content available on the zs444 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and audiovisual material, is the property of zs444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of zs444.

8.Responsible Gaming
